Art: Tool-making Workshop

To prepare for making their own artifacts out of clay, third graders created their own clay tools using a variety of materials. The goal was to create a tool that could make marks in clay. They tested the tools in a clay slab. Ask your third grader what her tool was called and what she used to make it.
